Judy Dai6 September 2026Today, we had Cozy World come to install our new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Before entering the house, they put down protective mats to make sure they didn’t dirty the floors, and they cleaned everything up very thoroughly after the installation. After the installation, we noticed a small amount of cold air leaking from one of the connections when the AC was running. We contacted them, and they immediately sent someone back to carefully reseal the ductwork. Overall, we’re very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Cozy World.+4Posted on Google

Erica EC31 August 2026Overall: Highly recommend Cozy World team from the office/financing to hvac techs and aftercare with rebate process. Read on for more details. I contacted Cozy World to get a quote for my new house hvac equipments: a furnace and a heat pump. At the time, I had two more quotes from other companies and Cozy's quote stood out because they offered specific brand (Lennox) with very reasonable price compare to other places. Office: Dianna and Cecilia work at the office as a primary contact point. They are super responsive and quick at whatever you need to get done. They helped a lot with my government rebate process and always updated me as soon as anything comes up. This continued even after I got my equipment installed. They didn't abandoned me but followed up with updates for approval and when to expect cheques. Fred, the owner, walked me through for the financing process and it was transparent and was happy with my terms and rate. This place doesn't lock you up with endless payments after years. You can have full control of how many years you want to pay off with financing. HVAC team: Abbas came with two of his team members to install the equipments. He worked with my schedule to come for a last minute appointment. The job was for a full day and they went through everything from tearing down old equipments to properly installing new equipments with details and care. When the job was done, they cleaned up the worksite thoroughly to leave it as if nothing happened. He walked through after the job to explain what has been done and how to maintain the system. He also set up the thermostat and explained why he is setting up that way. To add, I also liked the equipments he recommended at the beginning. After my own research, I realized he recommended two system that works perfectly in harmony to modulate the house environment. I added new filtration system and humidifier to match the whole system. Abbas tried to get me better price throughout the process. He is very responsive to your texts and calls. Overall, excellent team for customer care and I hope they stay this way for long time. Even the spacing in my house is very small, they went quick and did a great job. In addition, he cleaned even the part of the duct, that was covered in dust. They even called on our behalf to expedite the application so we could install earlier. Very good communication and we were always in the loop. Abbas was our installer and him and his team did a wonderful job. They installed our heat pump in a day and it's been around a month and its working beautifully! We also needed approval from the board of directors to install the hvac and Abbas spoke to the president and met him on his own time. He truly went above and beyond! MC23 June 2026My experience with Cozy World through the years has been excellent. I had a Rheem power vented water heater installed last week. From the beginning, communicating with Fred about what I needed, scheduling with Dianna in the office and installation by Massoud and his partner, everything went forward efficiently and smoothly with great workmanship. Massoud and his partner were friendly and extremely courteous, taking care of my home. The door frame was a bit narrow and part of the frame needed to be removed and placed back to get the water heater in. This was done very well. The furnace room was clean and tidy after the installation was completed. 13 Years ago I was a new home owner, Boris Sherman helped me choose the right type of Goodman furnace and air conditioner for my home. He was honest, practical and very helpful. Fred had installed both as well as moved my gas line when I had to get my gas meter moved. Fred’s work was excellent. Frank offered a fair and honest initial assessment of both homes. The pricing was very fair especially for the quality of their units compared to the other quotes we received. Upon having issues with my furnace and it finally breaking down completely, all within a few days; I called Cozy World Inc. for service. (I had dealt with Cozy World previously at my old address, approximately 9 or so years ago; they installed HVAC equipment at the time.) Exceptional service at that time as well. Abbas from Cozy World responded to all of the issues I was dealing with; he went above and beyond. He came to service the furnace twice, on Sunday December 21st an hour after I called. I know I dragged him away from an event, as he showed up in very handsome dress attire! Abbas went into the basement as he was, and worked on the furnace to make sure we had heat to carry us through the night, so we wouldn't freeze! I called again the next day, Monday morning as the furnace stopped once again. He arrived within 20 minutes to help and provide us with heat until the furnace could be installed later in the day. Abbas and his team of technicians showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the furnace installation within a few hours. Beautiful work and everything left clean and tidy! I love my new Lennox furnace; it's energy efficient quiet, small, and provides heat beautifully. The bonus is the cost was also very reasonable!! Thank you very much Abbas; you're the best!! Cozy World was super responsive, providing the cheapest quotes by a wide margin for a brand new tankless water heater. No attempts to charge more for urgent service. Massoud came the next day, was professional, efficient, and left a clean install. My Furnace and AC were also over 15 years old, so came back to Cozy World. Again, best price, prompt customer service, facilitated the Heat Pump rebate and a great experience. Saeed handled the install flawlessly, even with the exterior condenser on the opposite corner of the house. Andrei Vinogradov28 May 2026I wanted to replace my 20y old AC unit and install a new Lennox heat pump. After several quotes from other vendors, CozyWorld offered the best value for money. I got a high end unit for a reasonable price. They installed the heat pump on a wall bracket and it made my backyard, which is not large, look even better. Quiet machine, new technology, looks great. I was very pleased. Then we realized that my new heat pump is not properly communicating with the existing 9y old furnace. It was frustrating, unfortunate and nobody's fault, but after several discussions, CozyWorld gave me another great deal on the new Lennox furnace. I now have a brand new HVAC system at a great price with 10y warranty on both units. These guys know what they're doing. They work hard and most importantly, they have patience and committment to customer satisfaction. They actually remember your name and case when you call them. They do a great techincal work but when something goes wrong, and sometimes it does, rest assured they will take care of you. From my perspective, CozyWorld got the best price, they're experienced and knowledgable, and they will treat your case as unique and valuable ... and BTW I forgot to mention they took care of all the paperwork and rebate(s) navigation for me. Abbas quickly identified the issue as a faulty evaporator coil during his first visit. A few days later, he returned with his team with the replacement part and successfully restored our AC to full working condition. What really stood out was the follow-up service — when we noticed a rattling noise coming from the outdoor unit a couple of days later, Abbas came back promptly and resolved the issue, which turned out to be just a few loose bolts on the enclosure. B Walker1 May 2026April 2026 - Cozy World made a major HVAC upgrade feel easy! We replaced our furnace and water heater and added an AC unit for the first time, and the experience—especially the installation work—was excellent. Saeed clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship and treated our home with real care. The attention to detail shows in how cleanly everything was run and finished: neat cabling, well-managed sealing and venting, and a very professional final look inside and out. Our job was not straightforward (older home, aged equipment, finished basement, and the AC location was on the opposite side of the house from the electrical panel). We expected holes and repairs to route electrical and venting, and were genuinely impressed that Saeed completed the work while avoiding that disruption. Even relocating our thermostat left only a tiny, pencil-sized hole. We were also told we might need a long exterior electrical run for the AC, but Saeed found a better approach and reduced it dramatically—everything looks tidy and thoughtfully planned. He explained each step, minimized disruption, and built trust throughout the day. Farhad and Cecilia were also great from the initial visit through options review and follow-ups. I received plenty of referrals but I recalled seeing Costco offer HVAC services & thought I’d try them first. I trust Costco and felt it was worth a try. I immediately called Enecare for a diagnoses and they were there the very next morning. Unfortunately the furnace was to old and that the repair estimate did not make sense so we decided that we would replace the furnace. I immediately called cozy world and asked for Fred. Within 10 minutes Fred returned my call. I sent him pictures of the unit as per his instructions and he forwarded me his recommendations and a quote. I agreed to the terms and within 2 hours the same day his team arrived and installed a new furnace, humidifier, return and boot duct. The installers Eifan & Reza were amazing! They arrived on time at 10am and continued to work till 5pm and even skipped lunch. Such dedication! They moved the heavy dryer out of the way, truly listened to our concerns, showed us how to operate the new equipment and even tested the condensate pump to make sure it was working and separated the switches to the water heater and furnace. Before they left, they moved back the dryer, and cleaned up the area The company also gave me a very straightforward competitive quote without the confusing noise of gift cards, discounts, one time promotions, and predatory rental plans. To top it all the president of the company was the one who visited, and vetted the hvac requirements to come up with the quote. He told me to call him at his number if I needed to. We got quotes from multiple companies and Cozy World provided the best appliances and lowest costs with no pressure tactics. It has been a pleasure to work with all the people at Cozy World, from Cecilia who took our initial calls, guided us how to send relevant site photos, to Fred who discussed the options that we had and came to our home to get a better picture of the site situation, gave us very good and honest pricing (extremely rare these days to experience such a thing), to Saeed and Mohammad who removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, new thermostat and new humidifier, while protecting our home with drop cloth, using over shoe covers and leaving our home clean after all their work. The new Lennox Elite EL297 has 10 years of warranty, lifetime warranty for the heat exchanger from the manufacturer as well as 2 years warranty for the labour from Cozy World. Everyone at Cozy World was polite, very friendly, quickly returned our calls, answered our questions and worked for us and with us to allow us to quickly move along the process of replacing our defective old furnace. I immediately contacted Cozy World for help and they sent someone out the next morning. I needed a new furnace as mine was now getting on in age to 15 years. I also had purchased the furnace being replaced from Cozy World. They arranged for installation that same day. The installer was the same person who installed my Central Air system this past summer. He was very professional in his installation answering all my questions about the install and explaining some of the features of the new furnace. I finally had heat a few hours later. James Chau26 October 2024I started looking for reputable HVAC vendors when my 15 year old Lennox Elite furnace started to exhibit intermittent blower issues, and my Lennox AC of the same vintage was leaking refrigerant. I interviewed a handful of them and Cozy World came out on the top of my list. Firstly, they are an authorized Premier Lennox Dealer. Do your homework because many companies aren't authorized! They have been around for over 30 years, unlike my original installer who is now MIA and unreachable. I needed a company I can find if I run into any issues down the road. And somehow they are also able to provide massive discounts. I got an Elite Furnace + Elite AC for almost similar price as some junk builder/entry models from another company! However, price wasn't the biggest factor for me. What sealed the deal was the knowledge that Boris was able to impart during the quotation process. He explained very clearly the differences between the Lennox lineups and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were. He never tries to upsell. Heck, I upsold myself by reading stuff on reddit. He was also the only one offering to install 5" filters which would increase the lifespan of the system due to better airflow. This is real guys. Look up "Project Farm furnace filter" on Youtube. Furthermore, he offered an original Lennox Aluminum coil from the get-go, and not some copper/alu junk from Aspen or ADP that leaks in a few years. All this was backed by a 3 year labor warranty which was better than some offering only 1 or 2. Then came installation day, and the two Persian giants Saeed and his friend (forgot his name) arrived delivering equipment that were brand new in box. They spent an entire day meticulously installing the new Elite furnace and AC. You can tell the amount of experience they have when you watch them work. They handle sheet metal like those chefs in the food truck. I saw them carefully leveling each equipment, clean out the duck work (due to humidifier filter that was never replaced.. my fault), connecting the system to my Ecobee, and helped me make my existing Honeywell humidifier work like new! I also liked how to reused the outside patio stone from the previous AC to raise the new furnace from the ground. Lastly, they do a good job at cleaning up the space after they are done. It's these little touches that mean all the difference. Unfortunately, a day after the install, I noticed a high pitch whine from the new variable motor furnace. When AC is on, it's very quiet but when heat is on, the high pitch noise gave me a headache. I raised my concern to Cozy World and Cecilia got back to me right away to relay the question to the installer. Saeed then called me and told me that it is likely a defect with the exhaust fan. Cozy World then ordered the part (under warranty) and scheduled a technician Ramin to install it. Once Ramin swapped out the exhaust fan with a new one, the entire system became whisper quiet no matter what mode it's in. Truly night and day difference. It is nice to see a company that stands behind their warranty and doesn't ignore calls/emails when issues arise. I understand now why they have the "Award Winning" stamp on Lennox's website. I also like how the company registers warranty automatically and sent me the certificate from Lennox by email. Never had this for my old system. All in all, Cozy World provided me the best of everything from pricing, to equipment, to installation and to service. Mark Shannon18 July 2024Cozy World, The July long weekend came, and our AC was working, we went out for a few hours, came back and it wasn’t! Long weekend and no A/C, thanks to the cool air mass it was bearable. So, we called Costco, left our name and phone number, etc. Next morning, we received a call from Fred who worked at Cozy World, who was at the shop Sunday morning. Fred is a very pleasant man, with a good understanding of people and their HVAC Equipment. He gave me a quote on a Lennox A/C unit for a fair price. We made arrangements for Fred to come over to inspect our furnace room to see how they could install the AC unit. As we talked a little more about the modifications for the new AC, not once did he mention the furnace that I wasn’t going to replace. However, since it is 19 year old furnace (working well) but still 19 years old, I decided to change the furnace as well. Fred still didn’t push to replace the furnace, however he gave a fair price, so let's do it! With the 10% rebate we would get back to spend at Costco, it brought the cost down a bit overall. The unit was the same price, taxes and all, but the next few trips to costco will be prepaid (10% rebate). We arranged for Thursday's install. Wednesday night was terribly hot for my old buddy “Harley” (my dog) and I. Installers arrived about 10am, their names were Masoud and Hamid. Two very nice gentlemen. They got to work, dismantling the old to make room for the new one right away! I ask A LOT of questions, so I apologized to them for that. Masoud, told me it wasn’t a problem and he likes questions, so I asked a few more during the day. I appreciate him answering all my questions. During the day they were working away. They went inside and outside all day. No complaints, they worked great together. By 7pm or so we were “COOLING OFF” to our delight. A couple of hours later, when the unit went on/off we heard a single bang in our duct work and we thought “OH NO” trouble. But.. not quite, I called next Monday morning, as I wanted to give it a chance to correct itself, I called Cozy World again, no problem. Tuesday, Masoud came and spent ⅔ hours looking for a soft spot in the duct and put a couple of straps in the ducts to support. As Masoud said, “Spongy” area. “Voila” finally noise is gone. Later that day Fred called and said he wanted to come to adjust the fan, which he thought might contribute to the noise. Again to make me, the customer feel happy. He came, adjusted the fan, which was running at a higher speed. I appreciated his commitment. By the way he owns “Cozy World”. He contributed to fixing the problem, he didn’t resend one of his men, he came and did it himself. At the present time our A/C is working and we are happy and Harley is sleeping well. I was reminded of why we decided to work with Cozy World in the first place. Original Review: My maintenance service took about half an hour, and the technician was not able to identify some pretty obvious issues. We got our AC and furnace installed by Cozy World about 5 years ago. Everything about the installation experience was 10/10. I have already wrote a review for the installation service. This review is for the maintenance service. A year ago (April 2023)our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We called Cozy World for service and they were quickly able to identify the issue was a leak in the coils. So we got the coils replaced under warranty and paid for the labor. In April 2024, Since the coil replacement was warrantied for a year, I called Cozy World for a routine maintenance/check up to ensure that everything was running to spec. The technician was at my place for about half an hour, and told me that everything was working as it should. When I turned on my AC for the first time this season, I noticed that the AC wasn't running efficiently (the air from the vents wasn't that cold). I called Cozy World to follow up since the technician said everything was working to spec. Since Cozy World wanted to charge me to have the technician come out again, I deceived to get another opinion. And, I am glad that I did. The technician from the other company spent 3 hours taking various readings and checking components. Turns out when the coils were replaced, they overfilled the AC unit with refrigerant which ultimately damaged by compressor. I am not sure what measurements or readings were done during my maintenance, but I am surprised that the technician wasn't able to identify the over charged AC unit or that my delta temperatures were below specs.Posted on Google

From quote to installation, we had a really tight schedule to qualify for rebates and he was able to switch around some appointments to make sure we were installed in time to qualify for the maximum. I got a few quotes and found theirs to be the most honest in terms of my house's needs and long-term reliability. The installation went through without a hitch (Saeed knows his stuff!) and we were enjoying our new HVAC system soon enough. But it didn't stop there, we ran into some "technical" issues while being audited for the green home rebate and he personally came through once again to resolve the issue and now we're in the clear waiting for the rebate from Enbridge. HomeOwner18 June 2024Repeat Customer I first contacted Cozy World in 2014 because we needed to replace our AC. We decided after listening to Fred thoroughly explain the advantages of changing our Furnace at the same time , to do both . I posted a review back then extolling the virtues of the company, the installation process and the speed in which the job was completed , not to mention the follow up ' after care ' service as well. As fate would have it on the exact 10 year anniversary of the date of install - our AC broke. Go figure ( parts are only covered for 10 years ) . Naturally I called Cozy again . They came right away and saw what the problem was ( no Frion ) because of a leak in the coil . THIS I appreciate about Cozy- they are honest and upfront with what your options are . We were told that we could replace the coil for a certain amount of money or just replace the entire unit . My husband figured much like as Used Car , once one thing goes m inevitably other parts will start breaking down , so it would be best to replace the entire Unit . Money is tight for us right now , like most fellow Canadians , but as I sit here in my 21.5 degree home while the humidex outside is saying its 42 degrees . Mehdi and Parsa were wonderful! they removed the old unit, placed the new one in a new location. They worked through rain and darkness. I even needed to have a new thermostat installed, and Mehdi kindly did that for me, even though they had already been there for over 4 hours. I did not have a new filter in the furnace. Mehdi recommended that I get a new one so he can test the AC appropriately. I bought a new one, and he came back another time to test the unit. They were too friendly, kind and professional. I've recently had work done on my gas furnace, heat pump and water heater and they professionally serviced all of them, quickly and reasonably priced. ==================================================== The whole Cozy World team was great to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone! Starting from the initial contact with Robert to determine my needs to replace my aging central air conditioner and gas furnace, he was very reliable and quick to answer all of my questions (which I had a lot of). Once we decided on what I needed done, the team arrived to install everything on schedule and finished on schedule. They did a great job with the installation, including taking care of the little but important things such as tying cables neatly, clean job calking the holes made in the wall and answering more of my questions during the installation. Leslie was great to take care of the administration to answer my questions on warranty coverage and provided documentation that I needed. It has been four months since the install and I had full use of the A/C over the summer (just before the first major heat wave in Toronto) and now, having used the furance for a couple of months as the weather is getting cold. The Lennox equipment they installed makes my house feel comfortable with more even cooling and heating throughout the day. It is very quiet. On top of that, I've been saving about 40% less electricity and about 40% less gas on my monthly utility bills (although some of that savings is probably attributed a change in personal habits and DIY air sealing I did). I can say Cozy World provided me piece of mind in knowing they helped me choose the right products for my needs and their expertise to do the work. From a cost perspective, they were the most competitive compared to other quotes I got from other installers. In summary, I am very happy with my decision to go with Cozy World and have no regrets; everything has worked out nicely and I had no issues through the whole process.Posted on Google

Both times Boris was very responsive and helpful, he has lots of knowledge and I like that he only suggests what your house requires and doesn't try to push you to something you don't need. Kam and his team did a fantastic job with installation. They were clean and professional and managed to fish an electrical wire 40ft with only putting one hole in the ceiling. After talking with 5 HVAC companies, the one company which stood out from all the rest was Cozy World. Fred from Cozy World informed us which types of furnaces and heat pumps would work for our home and what current rebate options were available to us. Fred was the only one to give us a detailed walkthrough of the installation process. He also pointed out a number of building code issues which needed to be addressed. The quote from Cozy World was detailed and cost competitive with no hidden extras. On the day of the replacement, the installer Saeed explained what would be done and in what order. Before the work started, he and his co-worker, Mohamad, covered all the areas where they would be working or walking on with tarps. They removed the old furnace and ac and installed the furnace and heat pump in a very efficient way. Saeed kept us informed of progress in a professional and friendly way patiently answering any questions we had. After installation, all the job site was cleaned up and debris taken away. Saeed also set up the new thermostat and walked us through its operation. Overall our experience with Cozy World was first class. Bob E1 December 2023It was a pleasure working with Fred and his team to replace our 14 year old Lennox furnace. I had previously placed a service call to the Costco / Lennox affiliate who had originally installed our old furnace in order to diagnose an intermittent problem. But, I wasn't comfortable with the diagnosis nor the sales process for a replacement. So I looked online for another Lennox dealer, and placed a call to Cozy World after seeing all the positive reviews on Google. Fred returned my call within an hour and came over the next morning. He first took the time to fully understand what the issues were and made suggestions to improve the efficiency of my setup. We then agreed that it would be in my best interest to replace the furnace, and Fred quoted a price that was significantly lower than the original Costco / Lennox partner. I had incorrectly assumed that Costco had a standard price list for each Lennox home product that all dealers must adhere to - but clearly that is not the case... Buyer beware!! And, because Cozy World is also a certified Costco / Lennox partner, the purchase still qualified to receive a 10% Costco shop card. The installation took place a couple of days later. Aside from Fred's team being prompt, professional and friendly, they corrected flaws in the setup from the previous installer and the new system was up and running with a minimum of fuss and everything was cleaned up as if they had never been there. We contacted Cozy World and they sent a tech (Ramin) same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, created a temporary fix, provided his recommendation, and did not pressure us into a decision either way. Three days later, the furnace died. We called Cozy World back to replace the furnace. They squeezed us in within 48 hours. Mehdi and Farid arrived on time, were thorough installing and testing the furnace, cleaned up everything when they were done and went the extra mile by installing a gas shut off valve at the furnace where there had been none. They even took a minute to answer a few questions about an old gas fireplace and to provide some recommendations. We were very impressed with the service we received and we would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World.
