I am very happy with the service I received from Cozy World. My inquiry was responded to very quickly by the reception and Fred came to my house twice. First to look at my set up and again to answer a few more questions before I asked them to go ahead with the purchase and installation. He helped me determine what would be the best solution for my house. Cozy world provided us with great service to replace a 13-year-old natural gas tank water heater that had stopped working. Fred was a pleasure to deal with from my initial call to the final installation. He suggested we go with a high efficiency tankless Rinnai unit that save on gas and takes up less space in the furnace room. His installers showed up as promised next day and completed the job quickly. I would recommend Cozy World Inc. for any of your HVAC need and I would not hesitate to contact them in the future.
