I live in a rowhouse and only a front yard install was possible, so my home posed challenges another HVAC installer couldn’t solve. Kam and Boris had solid suggestions and went above and beyond to get my A/C unit in a spot that would look and function the best. I’m super happy with the job they did, and the fact that they sold me a unit that not only works on all 4 levels of my home, but also isn’t MORE than what I need, or wanted to spend. Very grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

Boris went into great lengths explaining all possible options and suggesting the systems that will fit our house best. We installed furnace, AC, and humidifier – everything went smooth and so far we are very happy with our choices.

The best part is how quiet the new furnace is (this was a big concern for us), you can barely hear the motor standing just next to it. I really have nothing but good to say about Boris and CozyWorld.

During our initial meeting, he was very open about the different furnace and AC options, and did not try to sell me something larger or fancier than what I needed: even more reflective of an honest salesman, he encouraged me to go with the more affordable options, considering various factors that very few other contractors had asked me about (e.g., my lifestyle, heating/cooling habits, how many people in the home, etc). Our family is very impressed with the customer service Cozy World has provided. Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday, called a few companies and no one wanted to help.
