What to Expect When We Install Your New Goodman Air Conditioner:

Does your air conditioning system struggle to keep your home cool during the hot summer months? Does the cost of keeping your home cool have you sweating? Our Goodman air conditioners are efficient, affordable and reliable.

We offer three different series of air conditioners by Goodman – 17 SEER GSXC7, 15 SEER GSXH5 and 14 SEER GSXM4. Please, follow links to the Goodman's website to see the details. To provide high cooling efficiency and reliability all these 3 units are equipped with scroll compressors.

Older air conditioning units have a SEER rating of 8 to 10. Today’s energy efficient air conditioners have efficiency ratings from 14 SEER for entry level air conditioners up to 28 SEER efficiency ratings for the top of the line air conditioners.

All of Goodman’s air conditioning systems come with a great warranty - 10 years for all parts.

SEER is a calculation used to measure the efficiency of your air conditioning system. The total cooling output during the cooling season is divided by the amount of electrical energy to determine the SEER rating. A SEER rating is the maximum efficiency of your unit.

A higher SEER rating equates to more energy efficiency. For air conditioners, the SEER rating ranges between 13 and 21 for modern air conditioners. If you have an older air conditioning unit, your SEER rating can be much lower.

To maximize your energy savings, you must choose a correctly sized air conditioning system. If your system is too large for your home, it will quickly cool down your house, but leave hot spots in your house. The air conditioner will also not have enough time to remove the excess humidity from your home. This can make your home feel hotter than the thermostat says that it is. If the system is too small, it will run longer and decrease the efficiency of your air conditioning system, which can increase your utility bills.

Summertime is fast approaching and with it comes high temperatures and high humidity. Rather than being hot and paying high utility bills, buy one of our energy efficient Goodman air conditioners. This system not only cools your home but also decreases the humidity levels in your home, when the unit is properly size. Decreasing humidity levels in your home will allow you to set your thermostat at a higher temperature and remain cool.
