For your piece of mind, Parts and Labour Extended Factory Warranties for up to 10 years are available for American Standard gas furnaces. The underwriter of the warranties is Trane Corporation.
The warranty is transferable to another owner if you are moving. Also, you are free to change your servicing company to another American Standard or Trane dealer.
